The French will reach the 110th edition of the most important men’s tennis tournament, of those played by countries, as first seeds. In front of the tricolor cast, they will be local at the Palais des Sports in Paris on March 4 and 5, 2022on hard court and indoors.
Ecuador will be presented in the capital of France with the same team that faced the finals of the competition last year, in which they said goodbye with defeats against Spain and Russia. The twelve winners of the qualifying round will advance to the Davis Cup Finals.
In the last edition of the contest, Ecuador managed to qualify for the decisive phase. He got it in Japan by beating the local team 3-0 in March 2020.
