athletes from PichinchaImbabura, TungurahuaChimborazo, Guayas and Loja complete the list and are already at the tournament venue starting this Wednesday.

One of the novelties of the competition will be the completion of the 35 kilometers, replacing the 50 kilometers, which was withdrawn, due to how strenuous it was, from the official tests by the World Athletics Federation.

Precisely Johana Ordonezwho competes for Guayas this year, won the 50 kilometers of the Lima 2019 Pan American Games and will perform in the 35.

The walker about the test referred: “I already completed my first training here, expectations are very good, We are very good; I am precisely with my coach Paquillo Fernández who came from Spain and we have practiced very well. We are going to do our best representing the country. We will try, obviously, to place ourselves on the podium and make points to reach the World Cup to be held in Oregon (U.S)”.
