Emelianenko responded to the Ukrainian coach who announced the threat from Russia

Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Alexander Emelianenko responded to the well-deserved boxing coach of Ukraine Dmitry Sosnovsky who announced the threat from Russia. His words are quoted by VseProSport.

“Before this interview, he was “punched” well. There, it didn’t just fly through the paws, open as they gave in the ear. It can be seen that this is a narrow-minded person speaking. If I were a little smarter, I wouldn’t say such nonsense, ”said the athlete. He stressed that he does not divide Ukrainians and Russians, believing that the peoples make up a single post-Soviet space.

On January 21, the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine advised the athletes to refuse interviews in Russian. Also, athletes from Ukraine were forbidden to pose with the Russians for joint photos. Sosnovsky, commenting on this news, said that Russia wants to destroy his country.

At the Summer Games in Tokyo, a scandal was provoked by a photo of Ukrainian high jumper Yaroslava Maguchy together with Russian Maria Lasitskene: both athletes became winners of high jump competitions. At home, the Ukrainian was criticized and was summoned to a conversation with the Ministry of Defense.

The Winter Olympic Games in Beijing will be held from February 4 to 20.
