The confusion with the MMA-VIP 4 gala continues. After the publicity of the matter that the boss of the federation will be Andrzej Z. pseud. “Słowik”, one of the leaders of the Pruszkow group in the past, Kielce and all the sponsors who had previously cooperated with the organization withdrew from the organization. Ultimately, however, Marcin Najman announced that the gala would be organized in the city hall in Wieluń.
The Najman Gala, however, will be held in Wieluń. “As many people, we are on the lips of all Poland. Shame”
On Wednesday, in Wieluń, there was a meeting between Krzysztof Stanowski and the mayor of the city, Paweł Okrasa, at which the journalist and co-owner of Kanał Sportowy was to convince him to withdraw the city from organizing the gala.
The whole matter also raises a lot of controversy among the inhabitants of Wieluń, with 22,000 inhabitants. Some of them appeared in front of the town hall. There was also his supporters, who had with them, among others, a banner saying “constitutional right to work”. There was no shortage of emotions in front of the office, and a verbal skirmish between Stanowski and Najman, who was waiting for a visit to the mayor, was interfered by one of the inhabitants of Wieluń. – As many people, we are on the lips of all Poland. Shame, shame and one more shame that we, many nations, would have to cleanse ourselves of this cesspool? […] This is a disgrace to us! the woman said.
However, the protests and the wave of criticism poured out in social media will not bring results, as there is no indication that Wieluń will withdraw from organizing the gala. At least, this is what the mayor of the city, Paweł Okrasa, said during a meeting with a sports journalist. Stanowski offered him that in exchange for the withdrawal of the organization of the gala, he would bring Tomasz Rożek to the city, organize an esports tournament for children and pay PLN 30,000. zloty. – We are talking about a certain agreement on the basis of agreed rules and this agreement must be kept. I’m not here to bargain with you. I will repeat the fourth time. Agreements must be kept – the mayor replied to the proposal.
– I will not be at this gala. I am not here to be happy or not happy that someone will come. We live in a free country and people are free to go wherever they want. I don’t care if he comes – he explained also in the context of whether he was not bothered by the fact that the former gangster “Nightingale” would appear in the city.
