Neymar starts physical transition and approaches PSG return

This Wednesday, Paris Saint-Germain announced that Neymar began the process of physical transition and resumed activities on the pitch. The Brazilian has not played a match since November 28.

“Today, Neymar started racing again and will start the reconditioning phase on the pitch,” the French club said.

Neymar suffered an injury to his left ankle in a match against St. Étienne, in the French Championship. It is worth remembering that, on February 15, PSG will face Real Madrid in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League.

The Parisians also updated the situations of Donnarumma and Wijnaldum. The Italian continues to work at the gym recovering from a calf problem, while the Dutchman has returned to training on the pitch and is expected to return next week.

PSG return to the field next Monday, against Nice, for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France. The match will be at 17:15 (Brasília time).
