Tadeusz Fogiel is dead. “A great friend of Polish sportsmen”

– RIP (born on September 20, 1946 in Byczyna, died on January 22, 2022 in Paris). A professor of printing art, a football manager, a great friend of Polish athletes, he loved athletics, a patriot – Roman Kołtoń wrote on Twitter, who was the first to inform about the death of a Pole.

– A sad day. It was an honor to know you and have your sympathy, Tadzia. Roman defined it well. He loved sport, Poland and people. Patriot. He did not have to have papers with any Polish footballer. They treated him like a dad, an uncle, a friend. Honest as much as possible. RIP – added Mateusz Borek.

– Great Tadee ‘! Always helpful, always open. For Poles, Polish sportsmen, always smiling and joyfully friendly… Professor. Professor of the art of being a good friend! – wrote Marin Lepa, who collaborated with him in Polsat Sport.

In recent years, he has been known mainly as Polsat Sport’s expert on French football, and as a correspondent for “Przegląd Sportowy”. He was also active in Sport.pl.

Before that, he was a soccer agent for many years. He collaborated, among others with Henryk Kasperczak. He acted as an intermediary in many transfers of Polish footballers to Ligue 1.

He died at the age of 76. It is only known that he was seriously ill since November last year.

The editors of Sport.pl express their sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and his friends
