Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Manchester United

Cristiano Ronaldo’s condition for leaving Manchester United has been announced. AS reports.

Ronaldo may leave the English club if the team does not qualify for the Champions League. He intends to break the record of former Real Madrid player Francisco Gento, who won the tournament six times. None of the players have yet managed to repeat this achievement.

On January 14, Ronaldo spoke about the possibility of performing until the age of 42. He stated that he wants to stay in football and is trying to figure out how long he can play. Ronaldo noted that his daily goal is to enjoy what is happening.

Ronaldo moved to Manchester United from Juventus Turin in August 2021. Prior to that, he played for the English club from 2003 to 2009.

Ronaldo is a five-time Champions League winner. As part of Manchester United, the Portuguese became the champion in the 2007/2008 season. From 2014 to 2018, he won the tournament four times with Real Madrid.
