Although he was not on the podium in the 2021 season, the team values ​​his contribution to the team, according to the sporting director, Sébastien Philippe.

“Juan Manuel provided positive feedback on fitting in perfectly with the team and progressing after missing a year because of that pivotal event in his career. His strength of character has allowed him to rediscover his joy at the wheel and regularly fight in the top ten,” he said.

“I feel that this season is an opportunity to start at a much higher level and get back to where I can be. I want to thank ART and my partners for their continued support, I think It will be a good year”, commented Correa.

Correa is based in London and He plans to join the work with the team in February.

The official tests will be at the beginning of March and that same month the championship begins in Bahrain, with nine double dates until September, in Italy, with races that will be held in conjunction with the Formula 1 European Championship. (D)
