Shevchenko arrived at Genoa in early November last year after leaving the Ukrainian national team. The former player commanded the team in 11 matches, winning only one victory, in addition to three draws and seven defeats.
In the Italian Championship, there were nine matches, no victory and only three points won. Genoa is currently second in the table, with 12 points, five behind Venezia, the first team outside the relegation zone.
