Klopp regrets embezzlement and talks about 350th game as Liverpool manager

Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mané and Naby Keita are defending their teams in the African Cup of Nations and, at the moment, lack the Liverpool. citing the goalless draw like Arsenal, the club’s coach, Jurgen Klopp, regretted the relevant absences and did not stop talking about his 350th game in front of the Reds.

“They are not here and they are world-class players. That’s how it is. Do we miss them? Yes. We are here to find solutions and I am completely focused on finding those solutions. Yesterday, we weren’t perfect, it’s true, but maybe we were closer to our common game. We have to go through several different moments in the season”, said the German at a press conference.

Klopp did not fail to comment on his work at Liverpool. The last duel at Anfield, valid for the English League Cup semi-final, represented his 350th match in charge of the team. He is the club’s most successful coach in history.

“I’m very happy for everything I’ve lived here so far and I hope to enjoy the next few years as well. It’s all great. But those numbers are not important to me. But 350 is good, better than 15.”

Liverpool return to the field on Sunday, at 11:00 (Brasília time), when they receive Brentford for the 22nd round of the Premier League. Klopp’s team is third in the Premier League and has 42 points – it is 11 away from the leader Manchester City, which has one more game.
