After two seasons playing for Najran, defensive midfielder Carlos Coppetti arranged his transfer to Al Entesar. The Brazilian reaches his third straight season working in Saudi Arabia and celebrated his arrival at the new club.
“I’m very happy to be able to defend Al Entesar’s team. I arrive very motivated with the opportunity given to me. In the last two seasons I played right here in Arabia, so that leaves me ahead of the adaptation issue. I hope to help the team achieve its goals during the season”, he said.
The player accumulates passages for traditional teams in Brazil such as Guarani, Sampaio Corrêa and Treze. It was in the team from Paraíba where he made history. The defensive midfielder was the author of one of the goals that led Thirteen to gain access to Serie C of the Brazilian Championship in 2018. Remembering the achievement, Coppetti hopes to help Entesar in their quest for access to the Saudi second division.
“The last two seasons have been really good. I hope I can continue at the same level this year. I had been working hard on vacation. Now I’ve been working really hard with my teammates in search of an ideal physical shape. I hope I can help the team in the best possible way. We are looking for the league title, in addition to access, which is the main objective of the team this season”, he concluded.
