Former head coach of the Russian national team Stanislav Cherchesov is in talks with several clubs. Specialist agent Sandor Varga told RB Sport about this.
He did not disclose the options for continuing the career of the Russian. According to him, Cherchesov is in no hurry to make a decision, as he puts guarantees of success and good work in the first place.
Varga also said that representatives of the Turkish national team were negotiating with Cherchesov. He did not disclose the reasons why the parties did not enter into an agreement. In addition, the agent emphasized that the coach would gladly work at Spartak Moscow, as he considers him to be his home team.
On Sunday, October 17, former Manchester United footballer Andrei Kanchelskis accused Cherchesov of corruption. According to him, the players’ agents paid the coach for getting into the Russian national team. The specialist led the national team from 2016 to 2021.
