Flamengo fans are already fooled. This is how they welcomed Sousa at the airport [WIDEO]

he is already a Flamengo coach, but he is still trying to charm fans and with his behavior he reminds why. Beginning cooperation with the white-and-reds, the Portuguese quoted John Paul II at the first press conference. Later, there were also effective and motivating speeches, after which he earned a mocking nickname. This time he appealed to Flamengo fans to recommend him books about the history of the Brazilian club. It didn’t take long for a response.

The Portuguese Flamengo fan club recommended Sousa the book “Hoje e dia de Flamengo”, the title of which can be translated as “Today is Flamengo Day”. The author of this position is Ricardo Fontes Santana. The second book recommended is the work of Ruya Castro entitled “About Vermelho eo Negro” [“Czerwone i Czarne”]. The fans declared that they could present these books in person. And they kept their word.

They caught Sousa at Lisbon airport and handed him one of the books and also greeted the new coach and wished him success in Brazil.

And who will be Sousa’s successor in the Polish team?

– I do not want to say one hundred percent that it will be a Pole, because I receive many names and offers – when asked who will succeed Paulo Sousa. Earlier, the president of the Polish federation announced that the new selector of the white and reds would be known during the board meeting on January 19.

Kulesza confirmed that Fabio Cannavaro and Andrea Pirlo had nominated him. It still seems that the most serious candidate to replace Paulo Sousa is the former coach of our team, Adam Nawałka. The backup option for Nawałka is to be the former coach of, among others Jagiellonia, Lechia or Cracovia, Michał Prukaj. There was also speculation about Czesław Michniewicz.
