This Wednesday, Real Madrid faced Alcoyano away from home, at Campo Municipal El Collao, for the Copa del Rey. Round of 16 of the competition.

In the second half, Alcoyano surprised and, in the 21st minute, tied the game with a goal by Daniel Vega Cintas. The home team offered resistance in front of the opponent.
At the end of the game, however, Real Madrid reacted with Asensio, who submitted from the entrance of the area and had a deflection in the defense to break the tie with 31 minutes played in the second stage. Just two minutes later, Isco took advantage of the opposing defense’s hit and rebound and killed the game.
With the victory, Real Madrid qualified for the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey and is awaiting a draw to discover its opponent in the next phase.
