Zagitova confirmed that she had not finished her career. “But at such competitions as the championships of Russia, the world, and others I do not compete, because I do not have enough physical form – but I would like to,” she said.
The champion shared that she does not yet know whether she will return to figure skating and in what role. “It was always interesting for me to train, but it takes a lot of nerves. Let’s wait and see, ”she said.
On January 2, Zagitova showed how she celebrates the New Year. The athlete posted a video in which she takes a steam bath and watches TV. In the video, the skater appeared wrapped in a bath towel.
Zagitova is the Olympic champion of the 2018 Games in Pyeongchang. She also won the 2019 World Cup and the 2018 European Championship. Now the athlete works as a host in the Ice Age show.
