When will we meet new coaches?
The president of PZPS, Sebastian Świderski, in Polsat sport # 7strefa magazine revealed the day when we should meet new coaches, recommended by groups dealing with the selection of coaches.
– On January 12, the board of the Polish Volleyball Federation will officially select or confirm the recommendations of these groups. The question is whether these groups will select one or two coaches for each national team? Rather, it will be one coach each – said Świderski.
We got to know four candidates for the female team selector. They are: Stephane Antiga, Alessandro Chiappini, Stefano Lavarini and Daniele Santarelli. The group of candidates for the men’s coach was also narrowed, but there was no consent to reveal their names.
– Now is a delicate and difficult moment, because we have entered the phase of financial and staff negotiations. Each of the coaches has a different vision of running the representation. One wants two assistants, the other three, one only Poles. This must now be put in the so-called tables – said the president of PZPS.
