I don’t think there was a more bizarre penalty kick! FIFA should forbid it! [WIDEO]

He almost stops and waits for the goalkeeper to move to send the ball the other way. Paul Pogba, on the other hand, is slowly walking towards the ball. But the Japanese footballer decided on a crazy solution during the 100th high school tournament.

Here it must be explained that this tournament is the largest amateur sports event of this type in. It always takes place over the two weeks at the end of the year with 48 teams participating. The tournament enjoys great prestige and can be a ticket to a great career. For example, the most goals during one tournament was scored by Yuya Osako – 10 in 2008 – that is 55 times the Japanese representative, who played, among others, in Koeln or Werder Bremen, and now performs in Vissel Kobe).

The 100th tournament will also probably go down in history because of this event:

After the referee’s whistle had been blown, the player stood for a few seconds, then began to walk very, very slowly towards the ball. At one point, he even jumped, as if he was trying to get the goalkeeper to move – but the goalkeeper was still all the time – before the shooter sent the ball into his lower right corner. In total, almost 40 seconds passed from the whistle to the impact! It is very doubtful that this type of penalty execution could please the fans.

A similar situation took place during the previous, 99th edition of the tournament, although that player had much more lively moves.
