The Hockey Writers publication included Kucherov and Ovechkin in the top 10 Russians in the NHL
The Hockey Writers presented the top 10 Russians in the National Hockey League (NHL).
The list was headed by the Tampa-Bay Lightning striker Nikita Kucherov. Also, the top three included Washington Capitals captain Alexander Ovechkin and striker New York Rangers Artemy Panarin.
Further in the ranking are Andrei Vasilevsky (Tampa), Kirill Kaprizov (Minnesota Wilde, Igor Shesterkin (Rangers), Andrey Svechnikov (Carolina Harrikaines), Evgeny Malkin (Pittsburgh Penguins), Sergey Bobrovsky (Florida Panthers) and Ilya Sorokin) and Ilya Sorokin) (“New York Alenders”).
Russian players continue to perform in the NHL without restrictions. However, the Russian team did not receive an invitation to the tournament of the four nations, in which the national teams of Canada, the USA, Sweden and Finland took part.
