Five ways to make training more efficiently

The head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports at the University of Bond, Professor Peter Ribern called five ways to make training more efficiently. His words are given by Men Today.

First you should determine the purpose of training, consult a doctor and draw up a training program. Next, you need to sleep enough hours. It is noted that training will help improve the quality of sleep, but they will not get rid of insomnia.

Ribern drew attention to the fact that nutrition is no less important than the training itself, and advised not to overeat, as well as drink enough water. The last advice is to choose comfortable clothes and shoes.

Previously, the Fitness trainer Stuart Carter called the best training for weight loss after 40 years. He proposed to include squats in the classes with Machs, the bar with the stories of the pelvis, the exercise “Scalolas”, twisting, as well as turns in the squat.
