For the latter, you need to perform a squat, after that, go by jumping by lying down, squeeze out, return to the position of crouching, and make a jump from it, putting your legs apart, then again – squat, push -ups and jump.
The next exercises will be jumping into the squat and the reverse bar in statics. The last exercise Rotach called the chair. To fulfill it, you need to take the position of the squat, spreading your feet shoulder -width apart. Then you need to linger in this position, observing the right angle in the knee joint.
Earlier, fitness expert Eduard Kanevsky called Berpi among exercises that will allow us to train effectively with a lack of time. He noted that the newcomers can be given hard, so it is worth starting from slow execution.
