The Russians advised five exercises to strengthen their knees

The Russians advised exercises that help strengthen the knees. It is reported by Men Today.

It is noted that with joint pain, high -intensity training should be avoided that enhance this pain. At the same time, you should not completely abandon physical activity – exercises can positively affect the psychological mood, while improving the mood and changing the perception of pain.

The authors recommended to perform five exercises, among them – lunges on a straight leg, rifles on the fingers and climbing to the toe on one leg. Also in the list came the rotation with knees sitting and a book.

Earlier, a sports physiotherapist and rehabilitologist Artem Vasyut gave training tips for those who suffered a knee injury. The specialist noted that at first it is impossible to do too actively, you need to start with minimal and safe loads.
