The expert said that it was contraindicated for full people to run and jump on a rope. She emphasized that while running the shock load on the hard surface is almost five times higher than its own weight of the runner. An alternative to running, according to Makhova, can be walking.

In addition, therapeutic physical education, specially selected by a physiotherapist, and swimming can be an excellent alternative to running and jumping jumps. She drew attention to the fact that an hour of swimming in the pool would help to spend about 400 calories on average.

Earlier, Makhova spoke about the minuses of hot yoga, in which classes are carried out at a temperature of 30-40 degrees above zero. The specialist noted that during such a training the risk of dehydration increases.
