Russian skaters Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov, speaking in paired skating, answered the question when they were presented with bronze medals of the team tournament of the Olympic Games-2022. They are quoted by RIA Novosti.
The athletes admitted that they still know anything about it. “Open time is the concept of extensible,” they said.
On August 7, in Paris, during the summer Olympiad, a award ceremony was held following the results of a team of games in Beijing. Gold medals were presented with the US team, silver – a team of Japan. The event took place without the Russian national team, but the International Olympic Committee promised to deliver awards through the Russian Olympic Committee when it will be possible in terms of logistics.
The medals of the team tournament were redistributed due to the disqualification and cancellation of the results of the Russian Kamila Valieva. The Russian team moved from the first to the third line. All appeals in the case were rejected.
