Six volleyball players suspected in the game on bets, the VFV is investigating
The All -Russian Volleyball Federation (VFV) initiates an investigation against six players. This was reported on the organization’s website.
Volleyball players Kirill Vlasov, Vasily Molotkov (both Lokomotiv, Novosibirsk), Alexander Goryaniy (Dynamo, Chelyabinsk), Dmitry Kazakov (IZHGTU -Dinamo), Kirill Semakov (Zenit -Uor) and Daniil Zavolzhsky (” Dynamo -Ural ”) are suspected of playing a totalizator, which may indicate an illegal effect on the result of matches.
Players are called to the meeting of the relevant commission of the VFV. The results of the investigation should be published no later than May 15.
In September 2024, 38 players for bets and participation in contractual matches were disqualified in China. The investigation lasted two years.
