The coach added that the best way to increase energy is to maintain a balanced nutrition. “The use of enough proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats will give you the necessary energy for training,” the coach noted.
Previously, Sobol called the ways to get rid of stooping using classes in the gym. According to the expert, it is especially important to develop the muscles of the back and bark in order to combat stoop.
