CAS will hold hearings on the claim of Vladimir Fedotov against CSKA on March 7
The sports arbitration court (CAS) will hold a hearing on the claim of the former head coach of the Moscow football club CSKA Vladimir Fedotov on the club on March 7. The date is named on the court website.
In September 2024, it was reported that Fedotov decided to contact CAS. The specialist intends to recover compensation from the club for early termination of the contract, in which he was refused by CSKA and the Russian Football Union (RFU).
Earlier, the International Football Federation (FIFA) lifted the ban on transfers for CSKA. This happened after the Muscovites paid with the Herenven for the purchase of the Nigerian striker Chider Ejuke.
CSKA fired Fedotov in June 2024. He headed the army for two years. Under the guidance of a CSKA specialist, he won the Russian Cup-2023 and became the silver medalist of the Russian Championship of the season-2022/2023.
