Shot: Tatyana Tarasova’s coach worsened heart problems
The Honored Coach of the USSR on figure skating Tatyana Tarasova worsened the state of health. The Telegram channel Shot became known about this.
According to the source, the 77-year-old Tarasova has aggravated heart problems. It caused an ambulance, doctors diagnosed hypertension with a predominant damage to the heart.
Medical specialists stabilized the condition of Tarasova. She refused the hospitalization, which was recommended by the doctors.
Tarasova was awarded the title of Honored Coach of the USSR in 1975. In 2008, she entered the hall of fame of world figure skating. Among her students are Olympic champions Alexei Yagudin, Irina Rodnina and Alexander Zaitsev (in paired skating), Natalya Bestemyanova and Andrei Bukin (in ice dancing).
