Cherchesov: legally a contract with the national team of Kazakhstan has not yet been terminated
Russian coach Stanislav Cherchesov spoke about leaving Kazakhstan in football. His words are given by SportNews.kz.
The specialist denied the statement of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan (FFK) that his contract with the national team was terminated by mutual decision of the parties. According to Cherchesov, the leadership of the FFK made such an initiative.
“My lawyers are engaged in the termination of the contract. Legally, the contract has not yet been terminated, which means that I am still officially – the coach of the national team of Kazakhstan, ”Cherchesov said.
The FFK specialist departed to the departure of a specialist earlier on January 27. It was clarified that the contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
Cherchesov headed the national team of Kazakhstan in June 2024. Under his leadership, the team spent six matches in which she did not score a single ball, having suffered five defeats and once tied with a total score of 0:15.
