Leitao has surprised the teams with sprinters attacking a kilometer for the finish line and the test has been awarded after three hours, eight minutes and 40 seconds.

The escape attempts have happened since the first kilometers, but the most durable getaway has been formed by Florian Lipowitz (Red Bull-Bora) and Colby Lange (Project Echelon).

Together they have shot to kilometer 85, with differences around three minutes. Lipowitz has prolonged the adventure a little more until 14 kilometers from the goal.
