Fitness trainer explains to girls the need to train their backs

Fitness trainer Elena Sobol told how girls can pump up a beautiful back. Her words are quoted by Sport-Express.

Sobol explained that the back muscles need to be pumped at least once a week, not only to maintain the health of the spine, but also to have a beautiful posture. “To start, you can do pull-ups on the gravitron. Then you can do a horizontal block pull, a vertical block pull to the chest, dumbbell breeding in an incline and finish everything with hyperextension,” the specialist shared her training plan.

Sobol added that the neck is also involved during back training. According to her, this helps prevent age-related changes in the face and neck.

Earlier, Sobol recommended simple exercises to improve your mood. “The simplest way would be cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, walking or dancing,” the specialist noted.
