Trainer warns about contraindications to stretching

Trainer Elena Logovicheva warned about contraindications to stretching. Her words are quoted by Sport-Express.

The specialist stated that stretching is useful for everyone, regardless of gender and age. However, it is not recommended to do it with untreated injuries, chronic joint diseases, hypermobility, or advanced osteochondrosis.

Logovicheva also advised people with heart and vascular diseases and the risk of miscarriage to consult a doctor before training. “And, of course, you should not train if you have infectious diseases, inflammatory processes or a high temperature,” she noted.

Earlier, fitness expert Anastasia Yurpalova revealed the rules for successful weight loss without a gym. The specialist advised being active during the day. She also noted that it is necessary to do exercises every day – they can be done with your own weight without additional equipment.
