Alibaeva suggested starting with toe raises with parallel feet: slowly rise up on your toes and smoothly lower yourself 20 times, then hold at the top for 20 seconds. Then repeat the movement, having first turned your feet at an angle of 45 degrees from the center.

The next exercise is plie. To do this, you need to place your feet wider than your shoulders, turn your toes out to the side, and tuck your pelvis under you. Then you need to squat down so that your knees don’t turn inward, and start rising up on your toes alternately on each leg. The exercise is performed 20 times.

The complex should be completed with stretching. Alibaeva advised to take the “downward facing dog” pose and in it lift and lower your heels as much as possible. “Continue the exercise until you feel that the muscles have “warmed up”. As soon as this happens, lower your heel as much as possible. Hold this position for about ten seconds, breathing deeply and trying to relax,” she noted.
