As the specialist noted, during training, you need to focus on the biceps and triceps. “These are the muscles that make your arms look beautiful and toned. But performing each exercise for this muscle group requires proper technique. Therefore, it is better to start with minimal weight,” the trainer said.
She also listed the best exercises for these muscle groups. “Standing barbell curls, reverse barbell curls, hammer curls, French presses, bench presses for triceps, and cable crossover curls,” Sobol said.
The trainer added that all exercises should be performed smoothly and at a medium pace. “Smoothly lower your arms if you are doing a biceps exercise, and smoothly move your arms back if you are training your triceps,” Sobol noted.
Earlier, Sobol recommended simple exercises that improve your mood. “The simplest way would be cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, walking or dancing,” she said.
