The Best Abdominal Exercises for Men Over 60 Named

Fitness trainer Mark McKellyar has named the best abdominal exercises for men over 60. His words are quoted by Men Today.

The first exercise McKellyar recommended was the bicycle. The next would be the knee-to-elbow plank. To do this, lie on your side, bend your right arm at the elbow, and place your entire forearm on the floor. Then stand up, straightening your arm and lifting your body off the floor. In this position, bend your left elbow and left knee and pull them toward each other.

The final exercise on McQuilliar’s list is the diagonal crunch. To do it, lie on the floor with your legs extended in front of you, your right arm at your side, and your left arm extended behind your head. Then lift your left arm and right leg simultaneously and pull them toward each other, lifting your shoulder blades off the floor.

Earlier, fitness trainer Anastasia Yurpalova suggested a version of a complex for getting rid of the belly in 10 minutes a day. She advised doing push-ups in a side plank (10 times on each side), Russian twists (20 repetitions) and scissors in the air (30 repetitions).
