Fitness trainer Roman Filippenko recommended an effective static exercise for working out the abdominal muscles. His words are quoted by “Championship”.
The specialist recommended doing the “corner”. The essence of the exercise is to maintain a body position in which the angle between the body and raised legs is 90 degrees. It can be done sitting on the buttocks, hanging on a horizontal bar or on parallel bars with support on the forearms.
Filippenko noted that the “corner” includes various muscle groups: rectus and oblique abdominal muscles, stabilizer muscles, deep abdominal muscles. In addition, with regular performance, the flexibility of ligaments and tendons increases.
Earlier, fitness trainer Irina Rotach listed exercises that will help speed up weight loss. She suggested doing squats with swings, push-ups with difficulty, and burpees.
