Former Russian tennis player Saville complains about living conditions at Olympics
Australian tennis player Daria Saville, who previously played for Russia, posted on her Instagram (a social network banned in Russia; belongs to the Meta company, which is recognized as an extremist organization and banned in the Russian Federation) complained about the living conditions in the Olympic village at the 2024 Summer Games in Paris.
The athlete emphasized that she had to buy toilet paper herself. “In fact, here in the Olympic Village, there is no service like in a hotel,” the tennis player noted.
Saville represented Russia in competitions until 2015 and went by the surname Gavrilova. She changed her surname after marrying Australian tennis player Luke Saville.
Earlier, Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova published a video review of the room she will be staying in at the Russian Cup in Yekaterinburg. She laughed at its size, as well as the fact that there is one bathroom for two rooms.
