Di Marzio reveals further information on the transfer of Erling Haaland

The amazing achievements of Erling Haaland did not escape the attention of the largest European clubs, which have been fighting for the favor of the young player for a long time. In the context of his transfer, many teams have already passed, but the most frequently mentioned ones are, above all, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Manchester City.

Recently, however, the most talk of Haaland’s move to. Here, apart from City, Chelsea and Newcastle United also appeared. These reports, however, were recently denied by the well-known journalist Gianluca Di Marzio in an interview for the Wettfreunde.net portal. The Italian stated in it that the Norwegian is not convinced to move to the British Isles, so a transfer to one of the Premier League clubs is not possible.

Instead, it is primarily a move to Spain, i.e. Real Madrid or FC Barcelona. It is also possible to stay in Germany. It is primarily about the transfer to Bayern Munich, where he would be the successor of Robert Lewandowski. Among the possible options is a further game for Borussia, which offered him an attractive contract extension offer.

Nothing concrete is known yet in the context of Haaland’s transfer. The fact is, however, that at the end of the season, the breakaway clause in his contract with Borussia, which amounts to “just” 75 million euros, will come into force. So it seems certain that one of the giants will take the opportunity to buy the Norwegian, unless the latter decides to extend the contract with the current employer.
