Jorge Jesus meets with the board and decides to leave Benfica

Jorge Jesus could have his last day at Benfica and declare the end of his trajectory at the club. This Tuesday morning, the Portuguese press reported that the coach met with the board and revealed that he is no longer able to guarantee continuity in command.
The coach will not lead the training session on Tuesday, which was scheduled for 10 am (GMT) and was postponed until later. The players had already prepared for the activities and had to leave, including team captain Gustavo Pizzi.
According to local newspapers, the avalanche for the bad environment in the team was Jorge Jesus having pushed Pizzi away, who would start training alone. After what happened and the mutiny made by the cast, the coach made his position “available”.
