RTR Head Tarpischev Announces He Will Attend 2024 Olympic Games in Paris
The head of the Russian Tennis Federation (RTF) Shamil Tarpischev spoke about plans to visit the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. His words are quoted by TASS.
“Our coaches have already left for Paris. Plus the players’ personal coaches will be there,” Tarpischev said, adding that he will leave for France next week.

Seven Russian tennis players will compete in the Paris Games. Daniil Medvedev, Roman Safiullin, Pavel Kotov, Ekaterina Alexandrova, Mirra Andreeva and Diana Schneider will play in the singles. The pairs will be Medvedev – Safiullin, Andreeva – Schneider and Alexandrova – Elena Vesnina.
The 2024 Olympics will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11. Russians and Belarusians are admitted to the tournament as individual neutral athletes.
