The Secret of the “Butt Walking” Exercise Revealed

Fitness trainer Dmitry Goncharov revealed the secret of the exercise “walking on the buttocks”. His exercises are presented by “Vokrug Sveta”.

Goncharov said that the exercise helps strengthen the core muscles and is also a good warm-up before the main part of the workout. He added that when performing buttock walking, the main load falls on the oblique abdominal muscles, as well as the lower back muscles.

To perform the exercise, you need to sit on the floor, stretch your legs forward and straighten your back. Next, you need to slightly lift your hip off the floor and move your leg forward. After that, you should lower your hip to the floor and repeat the movement on the other side.

Earlier, fitness trainer Denis Solomin revealed the secret of Canadian actor Ryan Gosling’s workouts. It is noted that the artist’s workouts help him get a figure with a strong upper body, broad shoulders and slender legs.
