Roglic and Ayuso abandon the Tour de France

Slovenian Primoz Roglic has not started the 13th stage of the Tour de Francea day after having suffered a crash twelve kilometres from the finish line in Villeneuve-sur-Lotthat caused him various injuries.
According to his team, Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe, the tests at those to which he has been subjected recommend that he withdraw to “concentrate on other objectives”.

The Spanish Juan Ayuso also has abandoned the Tour de France at the beginning of the stage 13in which he was already riding at the back of the pack, as announced by the French race in a post on its ‘X’ account.
The runner was living his first experience in the French test at 21 years old, and was in the ninth position in the general classification, 7:09 behind his teammate Tadej Pogacar, who remains the leader.
His abandonment occurs one day after that of Hair Bilbao (Bahrain Victorious), who got off his bike on Thursday after also feeling unwell for the past two days.
