Snowboarder, master of sports Vladislav Zuev gave universal advice for conducting summer training. His words are quoted by Sport-Express.
According to him, there is no big difference when to exercise, in the morning or in the evening. “A morning workout will give you energy for the whole day, and an evening workout will help relieve stress and accumulated fatigue,” Zuev said.
The athlete also recommended starting the training with simple exercises. “Gradually increasing the complexity and load. Do each exercise for 30-40 seconds,” Zuev said.
For those who have been training for a long time, the snowboarder recommended increasing the time spent doing exercises. “The main part should include cardio and high-intensity exercises, such as burpees or jumping rope,” Zuev noted.
Earlier, fitness trainer Yegor Khodyrev named a way to pump up your upper body without going to the gym. The expert suggested doing push-ups with weights.
