Footballer German Onugha said that in Russia they earn more than in Denmark
Danish Vejle striker Herman Onugha compared salaries in the Danish championship and the Russian Premier League (RPL). His words are quoted by “Championship”.
According to the Russian footballer, they earn more in their homeland. “That’s why few people leave. The leaders of the Danish championship can compete in terms of money with Zenit, Spartak, Krasnodar, Dynamo. The other clubs have less money,” the forward said.
Earlier, Russian defender of Belgian Eupen Alexander Filin compared salaries in his home country and in Europe. “Any Russian mid-table team would give me 1.5 times more than Eupen,” the footballer said.
Onugha is a product of Penza football. He has been playing for Vejle since 2021. Last season, the forward scored 15 goals and made two assists in 31 matches of the Danish championship.
