Leicester is not having a good time in the season. The hosts come from a rout for leaders Manchester City on “Boxing Day”.
Liverpool go to the match more rested, as they had their last game postponed in the last round.
Coach Jurgen Klopp preached respect to the opponent, who even reacted against City. “Leicester are not in a perfect situation because they have injuries and I’m not sure but probably still covid cases. But we know they are a good team,” he said.
Liverpool are looking to win to get closer to Manchester City in the league table. Currently, six points separate the two teams at the top of the standings.
