The main transfer for the start of the 2024/25 season was Kylian Mbappé’s move to Real Madrid. This Wednesday, the Spanish club announced the date of presentation and the number that the Frenchman will wear throughout the year.
In a statement (see the full statement at the end of the article), Real Madrid announced that the attacker’s presentation will take place next Tuesday (16), at 5 pm (Brasília time), at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Before that, club president Florentino Pérez will take Mbappé to the Spanish team’s training center, where the Frenchman will sign a five-year contract.

Another new development is that Mbappé will wear the number 9 shirt this season. The number was not used last year and has been without an owner since Karim Benzema left for Arab football.
Last season with PSG, Mbappé won the French Championship and scored 44 goals in 48 games. Along with France, the striker was eliminated from the Euros on Tuesday, after being defeated by Spain 2-1 in the semi-finals of the competition.
