Sychev said that Chalov is the only Russian ready for a transfer to Europe
Former Russian national team footballer Dmitry Sychev named the only compatriot from the Russian Premier League (RPL) who is ready for a transfer to a European club. He is quoted by Sovetsky Sport.
According to him, this is CSKA forward Fedor Chalov. “All European clubs need stability. You can show a bright game for several months, but they approach selection very carefully,” Sychev added.
He also assessed the prospects in Europe of Dynamo forward Konstantin Tyukavin. “He needs to spend a little more stable time at Dynamo, so that he can then move to a strong European club and immediately take on leading roles, without wasting time adapting to a mid-table team. Although that would also be an option,” Sychev noted.
Chalov’s contract with CSKA runs until the end of the 2024/2025 season. The Transfermarkt portal estimates its value at 11 million euros.
