Fitness trainer Elena Sobol recommended simple exercises that improve your mood. Her words are quoted by Sport-Express.

Sobol said that any sport improves mood, since during activity the happiness hormone endorphin is released. She explained that due to this, the emotional state improves and stress is combated.

“The easiest way would be cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, walking or dancing. There is no need to run marathons and ride tens of kilometers, one hour of cardio is enough to lift your mood,” the trainer noted. Sobol also suggested paying attention to jumping with claps.

Among slow exercises, the expert suggested choosing yoga or slow inhalations and exhalations. They will help calm down and relieve irritation.

Earlier, fitness expert Eduard Kanevsky spoke about training suitable for each temperament. He suggested that choleric and sanguine people pay attention to team sports, phlegmatic people choose individual training, and melancholic people give preference to yoga and pilates.
