Bruce Lee woke up at seven in the morning and had his first workout right in bed. To begin, the actor stretched his entire body five times, holding the stretch for three seconds. Then he tensed his legs (12 times for 3 seconds) and abs (10 times for 3 seconds). After that, Lee raised his body five times and bent his legs five times.
After exercise, Lee had a bowl of muesli or ready-made mixes of whole grains with nuts and dried fruits for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, the actor preferred light food: vegetables, rice, chicken or fish.
