Fitness trainer names the best exercises for drivers

Fitness trainer Elena Sobol named the best exercises for those who spend a lot of time behind the wheel. Her words are quoted by Sport-Express.

According to the specialist, you can train right in traffic jams. “Rotate your hands clockwise, then counterclockwise. Clench your fingers into fists, then unclench them and repeat a couple of times. Don’t forget about eye exercises,” the trainer added.

Sobol also advised drivers to squeeze and unclench their buttocks to reduce the risk of blood stagnation in the pelvic area. “Pressing your shoulder blades and lower back into the seat will help relieve tension in the spine. Press them firmly, hold them in a tense state for 2-3 seconds, and then relax,” the expert explained.

Earlier, Sobol recommended exercises for office workers. To relax the back, the trainer recommended bending down, relaxing the arms and staying in this position for 30 seconds or, sitting on a chair, doing crunches.
