The game
In the first half, despite Venezuela’s favoritism, the game was balanced and closely contested between the national teams.
In the final stage, the Venezuelan team came back better and opened the scoring after four minutes. Jon Aramburu sent a great cross from the left to Eduard Bello, who appeared free in the small area and headed the ball into the back of the goal.
Seven minutes later, Venezuela scored their second goal of the match, which practically decided the match. Salomรณn Rondรณn received a beautiful pass from Yangel Herrera, won the battle with the opposing defense and gave a light touch past goalkeeper Waite to shake the net.
At the end of the game, in the 39th minute, Venezuela increased their advantage. In a move similar to the second goal, Kervin Andrade made a great ball underneath for Eric Ramรญreze, who finished in the corner to score the last goal of the game.
